2008, CCP participated in the construction of housing for Wenchuan earthquake victims.
On May 12, 2008, a strong earthquake measuring 8.0 on the Richter scale occurred in Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province, China, causing huge casualties and property losses. In the face of the disaster, the Chinese government quickly launched emergency rescue operations and embarked on post-disaster reconstruction work. Our company had the honor of participating in the China Int'l Integrated Housing Industry & Building Industrialization Expo (CIHIE 2025). This event is a significant platform for the construction and housing industry, bringing together professionals and companies from around the globe. We showcased a range of innovative products, including Modular Container Houses, Prefabricated Houses, and Capsule Houses. These products are designed with advanced technology and high-quality materials to meet the diverse needs of modern living and construction.
2009-2016, CCP took charge to build the army camps for the Ministry of Defense of Kyrgyzstan.
This project belongs to the Ministry of Defense of Kyrgyzstan and it has 3 phases which started from year 2009 and finished in year 2016. It is a complex army camp which including soldiers' dormitory, officer's villa, office, conference hall, stadium, medical center, public toilet and other functional buildings. All these buildings are using by prefabricated house and steel structure systems, and they are designed according to the climate in Kyrgyzstan which with excellent fireproof, waterproof, wind-resistance and insulation performance. Total area of this project is around 20000sqm and serving 3000 soldiers and officers. CCP not only to supply the products but also sent teams to assist the installation.
CIHIE 2026 Modular House Consultation & Project Negotiations
We participated in the 18th China International Integrated Housing Industry & Building Industrialization Expo (CIHIE 2026) as scheduled. During the exhibition, our booth attracted a large stream of professional visitors and global clients from all over the world. Many guests came to our booth for in-depth consultations and business negotiations, focusing on our core products including prefabricated house, container house, modular integrated buildings and related supporting solutions.

Solomon Islands container office and dormitory project in 2023. This project's owner is a local construction company. They used our container houses to build office building, meeting room and dormitories for their workers. Each room is including a bathroom with full set of sanitary facilities.

Our company finished a construction project in Papua New Guinea, in 2025. This development involves the construction of a modern two-story apartment complex utilizing advanced fast-assembly modular container. The entire structure is composed of 40 detachable containers, engineered for rapid on-site assembly, significantly reducing construction time and environmental impact compared to traditional building methods. This approach aligns with contemporary sustainable practices and offers a durable, cost-effective solution suited to the local context.
