In addition to the vast number of accommodations, the Fan's Village was equipped with a comprehensive range of facilities, including reception areas, public restrooms, dining zones, and leisure lounges, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all visitors.Our company played a pivotal role in this massive endeavor, responsible for the production and supply of 3,500 container hotel rooms. Spanning seven years from 2009 to 2016, this large-scale project was executed in three distinct phases, each meticulously planned and implemented to meet the rigorous demands of a modern military infrastructure. The project involved the construction of a comprehensive army camp designed to accommodate the diverse needs of military personnel, including soldiers, officers, and administrative staff. The camp features a wide range of functional buildings, all constructed using prefabricated house and steel structure systems, ensuring durability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

The container worker camps project is a large-scale initiative designed to provide high-quality, modular living and working spaces for workers. The project involves the construction and installation of 2,500 modular container units, which will serve as dormitories, offices, dining halls, and recreational areas. These units are intended to create a comfortable and functional environment for workers, ensuring their well-being and productivity. The project is characterized by its efficient timeline, with a production cycle of 30 days and an installation cycle of 45 days. To ensure smooth execution, our company sent a professional installation team to collaborate with the local installation team, combining expertise and local knowledge to deliver the project on time and to the highest standards.

The Mining Camps Project, spanning from 2023 to 2024, represents a significant milestone in the application of modular container housing solutions for industrial and remote area accommodations. A local mining company, aiming to enhance the living and working conditions for their staff, partnered with us to develop a state-of-the-art camp facility using our innovative container houses. The project involved the construction of multi-storey complex buildings, including two-storey and three-storey structures, designed to meet the diverse needs of the mining operations. These complexes were meticulously planned to include essential facilities such as offices, meeting rooms, dormitories, and bathrooms, ensuring a comprehensive and self-sufficient living and working environment for the mining personnel.The prefabricated nature of the containers allowed for rapid assembly and installation, significantly reducing the overall project timeline.

Construction site office and labor camps projects in 2022. These projects are built by modular container houses and prefab K houses. They are including office, single storey and two-storey dormitory blocks, public bathroom and other functional rooms. Each dormitory block is equipped with bathroom and full set of sanitary facilities. These projects are using to settle those people who are involved in the construction of the new capital of the country.
This was a large integrated project that required simultaneous construction at several different project sites. Our factory completed the production of all products in 1 month, which was 15 days earlier than the original delivery time required by the customer.

The entire structure is composed of 40 detachable containers, engineered for rapid on-site assembly, significantly reducing construction time and environmental impact compared to traditional building methods. This approach aligns with contemporary sustainable practices and offers a durable, cost-effective solution suited to the local context.

In 2025, our company undertook a prefabricated building project for a construction site, covering a total area of approximately 1,500 square meters. The project mainly adopted high-quality prefabricated houses and quick-assembly container houses to build complete functional areas, including on-site offices and staff dormitories, aiming to provide a safe, comfortable and practical working and living environment for the project team.
Prefabricated houses and quick-assembly container houses are widely used in modern construction sites due to their advantages of fast construction, stable structure, convenient disassembly and transportation, and good thermal insulation performance. They can fully meet the short-term and medium-term use needs of field construction projects.

In 2026, our company successfully undertook a 600-person mining camp project. With mature modular container construction technology and rich overseas engineering experience, we promote the standardized and efficient upgrading of local overseas engineering supporting facilities.
