In 2023, we undertook a highly innovative and inspiring domestic project that showcases creativity, sustainability, and forward-thinking design. This project involved the construction of a modern office space using a container house system, uniquely positioned on the rooftop of an existing high-rise building. The use of container house as the primary building material was a strategic choice, offering a cost-effective, eco-friendly, and modular solution that aligns with modern architectural trends. By using container house, the project not only reduced construction waste but also provided a quick and efficient way to create a functional and stylish workspace. The lightweight nature of the containers made them ideal for rooftop installation, minimizing structural impact on the existing building while maximizing the use of underutilized space.
One of the standout features of this project is the integration of a rooftop garden, which was thoughtfully designed to complement the container office. The garden serves as a lush, green leisure area, offering employees a tranquil retreat amidst the urban environment. It is adorned with a variety of plants, trees, and seating areas, creating a harmonious blend of nature and architecture. This green space not only enhances the visual appeal of the office but also contributes to a healthier and more pleasant working environment. Employees can now enjoy fresh air, natural light, and a peaceful atmosphere during their breaks, which has been shown to boost productivity, creativity, and overall well-being.
The project owner’s vision was to create a workspace that prioritizes sustainability, employee satisfaction, and innovation. By combining the practicality of container architecture with the beauty of a rooftop garden, they have successfully transformed an ordinary rooftop into a vibrant and functional space. This project serves as a model for future urban developments, demonstrating how creative design and environmental consciousness can coexist to create spaces that are both practical and inspiring. It reflects our commitment to pushing the boundaries of traditional construction methods and delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of modern workplaces. Through this project, we have not only provided a unique office space but also set a new standard for sustainable and innovative building practices in urban settings.

The Indonesia Mining Camps Project, spanning from 2023 to 2024, represents a significant milestone in the application of modular container housing solutions for industrial and remote area accommodations. A local mining company, aiming to enhance the living and working conditions for their staff, partnered with us to develop a state-of-the-art camp facility using our innovative container houses. The project involved the construction of multi-storey complex buildings, including two-storey and three-storey structures, designed to meet the diverse needs of the mining operations. These complexes were meticulously planned to include essential facilities such as offices, meeting rooms, dormitories, and bathrooms, ensuring a comprehensive and self-sufficient living and working environment for the mining personnel.
The use of modular container houses in this project fully exemplifies the advantages of this modern construction approach. The container houses are not only highly durable and adaptable to various terrains and climates but also offer a level of convenience and efficiency that traditional construction methods cannot match. The prefabricated nature of the containers allowed for rapid assembly and installation, significantly reducing the overall project timeline. This was particularly crucial for the mining company, as it enabled them to quickly establish a functional and comfortable camp in a remote location, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Moreover, the aesthetic appeal of the container houses added a modern and professional touch to the mining camps. The design of the buildings was carefully crafted to blend functionality with visual appeal, creating an environment that is both practical and pleasant for the occupants. The wide applicability of modular container houses was evident in the versatility of the structures, which could be easily customized to accommodate different functions, from administrative offices to residential dormitories.
The Indonesia Mining Camps Project not only highlights the growing trend of utilizing modular construction in industrial settings but also underscores the numerous benefits it offers. By choosing our container houses, the mining company was able to achieve a cost-effective, sustainable, and timely solution that met their specific needs. This project serves as a testament to the potential of modular container housing in transforming the way we approach construction in challenging and remote environments, paving the way for future innovations and applications in the industry.
The container type modular design is adopted in the container shelter hospital, which is convenient for factory production and rapid construction. The construction speed of this kind of hospital is very fast, taking Changsha shelter Hospital as an example, 48,028 square meters of the project was delivered in only 28 days. After the construction is completed, only external power supply, built-in air conditioning, bed, lighting, tables and chairs can be used, which is very convenient.
These modular hospitals are designed with daily and emergency use in mind and can be quickly transformed into medical treatment facilities. It can be equipped with shelter CT, PCR laboratory, mobile CT and other medical equipment, which can treat asymptomatic patients and mild patients. It follows the principles of rapid centralized treatment and closed-loop process control to ensure environmental safety, biosafety and epidemic prevention.
This type of modular shelter hospital demonstrates how to quickly build a temporary hospital with basic medical functions to respond to public health emergencies in medical emergencies. And they are not only for temporary and emergency using, but also can be long terms service after the COVID.
After the 2023 earthquake in Turkey, the Turkish government and the international community moved quickly to set up victims’ camps to provide temporary shelter. Most of these camps are built by container house which can be put into use quickly to provide emergency shelter for people affected by disasters.
The container house adopts the frame steel structure, which has good seismic performance and can reduce the risk of secondary damage. And compared with regular tents, container houses provide higher security and comfort. They are usually equipped with separate toilets and kitchens, and with water and electricity, living conditions are almost same as the conventional homes.
The Turkish government plans to build a large number of container houses to accommodate the victims. At the first stage, there are 1.4 million people already living in tents and 34,000 people living in containers. And the government plans to expand the number of container houses to meet the needs of more victims.
Several countries and organizations have provided container house assistance, such as Qatar to provide about 10,000 container houses to Turkey and Syria. Those container houses were used for temporary accommodation during the World Cup, which are made in China, with complete living facilities. And Chinese enterprises are also involved in the production and supply of container houses.
The Turkish government has pledged to rebuild homes for the victims and has begun rebuilding new homes in the affected towns, while continuing to provide container houses as temporary shelters until permanent housing is built.
