Pre-installation of Container Houses for Hong Kong Client Almost Completed

The pre-installation project of customized modular container houses for our Hong Kong client has been basically finished, and the whole project has entered the final inspection and acceptance stage. Complying with Hong Kong local building codes and safety standards, this project adopts modular integrated construction. All pre-construction works including box assembly, pipeline laying, interior decoration and installation of supporting facilities have been completed in advance.

Taking full account of Hong Kong site conditions, climatic characteristics and the client’s requirements, our construction team strictly controlled every procedure with high standards for quality and safety. With efficient teamwork, we finished key works such as box connection, water & electricity matching, waterproofing, anti-corrosion and door & window commissioning, to guarantee stable structure, complete facilities and qualified performance of the units.

All container houses have passed overall commissioning and meet project specifications and client requirements, ready for acceptance and subsequent delivery. The successful completion demonstrates the advantages of modular buildings and accumulates mature experience for future cooperation on modular construction projects in Hong Kong.
